Vishal Joshi Fine Artist is managed by Vishal Joshi. Please read these ‘Terms and Conditions’ carefully.
www.vishaljoshi.co.uk is an online website exhibiting the works of Vishal Joshi. This is an ecommerce website where prints, originals and other goods are sold directly to customers once an order has been placed. Payment towards an original or print can be made using Paypal or BACS transfer.
You will be contacted by Vishal Joshi when any orders are dispatched and you will be advised on delivery schedules.
Vishal Joshi Fine Artist holds no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels / products. All parcels will be done by royal mail recorded delivery and will be tracked with a reference number which will be sent to u when an order is processed. Work is insured if it is missing or damaged but once it is signed for all responsibility is the customers. So please check your parcel on arrival. If the parcel is damaged, please do not accept it. The parcel tubing is sturdy so no harm can come to its contents if the tube is intact.
Refund Policy
Vishal Joshi aims to ensure all purchases are made to the highest quality. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase or you change your mind, you may request a refund or replacement within fourteen days of the purchase being made. Any request outside of the fourteen day period cannot be fulfilled.
Following a purchase, your contact information will be stored for delivery purposes only. You may receive future correspondence from Vishal Joshi about forthcoming events, news and promotions if you check the box allowing for this. By completing your order you consent to this. Your details will not be used for any other purpose.
Shipping
- Vishal Joshi works in directly with specialists in printing and framing businesses. Vishal Joshi will notify you when individual orders are dispatched and will advise you on any delivery schedules. Please contact Vishal Joshi if items have not been received 14 days after purchase.
2. Vishal Joshi holds no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels / products.
3. UK shipping for all prints is free of charge and for all originals will be subject to size and location of the artwork to the destination.
European Union and International shipping for all prints is £10 and for all originals will be subject to size and location of the artwork to the destination.
Privacy Policy
Vishal Joshi collects information when individuals make a purchase, or an enquiry about his services; or signs up to his mailing list.
Vishal Joshi will only communicate information that you have requested to receive, which may include courses, exhibitions, events and opportunities for projects. This also includes notifying you of special offers or fundraising activity but only if you have opted into this communication list. You can stop receiving these communications at any time by unsubscribing or contacting him via telephone or in writing.
Vishal Joshi safeguards this information by using secure passwords on all PCs on which information is held; keeping PC and paper records locked away, controlling access to the information, holding backup files should data be lost due to flood or fire etc.. He follows procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information given, to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss of information under his control.
Access is limited only. Vishal Joshi only accesses your details when he needs to provide the service required by you. He will not sell or rent your information to third parties, this includes not sharing your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Vishal Joshi will hold your personal information on the system for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was obtained. Due to the change in data law, from May 2018, he will regularly ask you to confirm you wish to stay on the mailing lists. , we plan this to take place a minimum of every three years after you first opted in. You can opt out at any time. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list or no longer be a member of the workshop, we may still hold your personal data on our database to the extent permitted by law.

You are legally entitled to access, modify, correct, revoke your consent and delete any data we hold relating to you and that you have the legal right to forbid this data being presented to any third parties.
